Booking Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Please take the time to carefully read and understand our booking terms and conditions before confirming your journey with Dragon Vista Tours (DVT). By making a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Deposits & Payment Schedule

To secure your reservation on any Dragon Vista Tours itinerary, a per-person deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 90 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 90 days of departure require full payment at confirmation.

Cancellation by the Client

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

• More than 90 days before departure: Full refund less non-refundable supplier deposits and flight expenses.
• 90–60 days before departure: Land deposits become non-refundable. Remaining payments are refunded after applicable deductions.
• 59 days or fewer before departure: All land tour payments including deposits are non-refundable.

Pricing

Tour prices include applicable taxes and are generally based on shared accommodation unless stated otherwise. Dragon Vista Tours is not responsible for currency exchange fees, bank charges, or international transaction fees.

Flight Booking Conditions

All flights are subject to airline terms, conditions, schedules, and cancellation policies. Airline delays, changes and additional charges are beyond the control of Dragon Vista Tours.

Cancellation of a Tour by Dragon Vista Tours

If Dragon Vista Tours cancels a journey for reasons within our control, clients will receive a refund of payments made to Dragon Vista Tours. We are not responsible for personal expenses outside the tour package.

Force Majeure

Dragon Vista Tours is not responsible for cancellations, delays, itinerary changes or expenses caused by natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, health emergencies, flight disruptions or events beyond our control.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, accidents, baggage loss, flight disruptions and emergency evacuation.

Passport, Visa & Travel Documents

Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, and required travel documents. Dragon Vista Tours will provide guidance where applicable.

Itinerary Adjustments

Adjustments may occasionally be required due to weather, safety, road conditions, regulations or unforeseen circumstances. Guest safety, comfort and experience remain our priority.
